In its latest analysis, the Value for Money Unit (VFMU) notes that disparities in payments to hospitals are widening. The largest disparities in reimbursement appear to be with the General Health Insurance Fund (GHIF). According to the analysis, VŠZP is the most generous to the hospitals of the Agel group. This topic was already discussed in October during the analysis of the Health Care Supervisory Authority (HCSA) and the statements of the KDH MPs. The aim is to increase the share of pay-for-performance versus lump-sum payments.
