This is the original review titled "Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Granules Supported by Artificial Intelligence in Degenerative Bone and Joint Diseases in Holistic Health". In connection with global aging, the incidence of degenerative bone and joint diseases such as osteoarthritis, bone aging and osteoporosis is increasing. Traditional treatment methods face problems such as drug side effects and low patient adherence. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) granules based on natural herbal products show excellent clinical efficacy in the management of these conditions. Artificial intelligence (AI) improves the efficacy of TCM granules through intelligent syndrome differentiation, formulation optimization, drug efficacy prediction, mechanism analysis, patient management, and therapeutic effect monitoring. The main results show that the AI-guided TCM granule system supports the whole cycle of "prevention-treatment-rehabilitation" in the chronic management of degenerative bone and joint diseases. Nevertheless, challenges remain in standardization of clinical evidence, interpretability of algorithms and ethical frameworks.
