The study summarizes the best evidence for early rehabilitation in intensive care unit (ICU) patients receiving continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). The aim is to provide a reference for clinical decision-making based on domestic and international sources. The authors searched databases such as the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI and NICE guidelines from their inception to 30 June 2025. They included 8 studies: 2 expert consensus documents, 2 systematic reviews, 1 quasi-experimental study, 1 group standard, 1 recommendation and 1 evidence summary. They obtained 20 best pieces of evidence covering five areas: multidisciplinary collaboration, pre-activity preparation and assessment, activity contraindications, exercise rehabilitation strategies, and activity monitoring. The study provides the basis for personalized rehabilitation strategies tailored to the patient's condition. It is registered under the number ES20246522 at Fudan University's Evidence-Based Nursing Center.
