The article corrected two doses in Table 1 of the Heart Failure Seminar with Reduced Ejection Fraction. Also, the HFrEF LVEF value in Figure 1 was corrected. The seminar was written by Cannata A, Crespo-Leiro MG, Bromage DI, Ruschitzka F, and McDonagh TA. It was published in The Lancet in 2025, Volume 407, Pages 529–42. Corrections were made to the online version as of 29 January 2026. The printed version of the article is correct. This text represents the department of error to the original seminar.
