The case report evaluates a new protocol of multisensory integration training (MSIT) in two preschool children (4 and 5 years old) with intermittent exotropia, amblyopia and thoracic idiopathic scoliosis (Cobb angle 10° and 13°). MSIT combines binocular disparate vision training with scoliosis-specific physiotherapy exercises. After the individualized intervention, the visual acuity of the amblyopic eye improved, the exotropia magnitude decreased and stereopsis was restored. Cobb angles decreased to 3° and 0° after 3 months. In one case, there was a transient "treatment plateau" in eye position perception before normalization. MSIT addresses aberrant visual and proprioceptive inputs, improving visual function and spinal alignment. The approach emphasizes interdisciplinary management for children with strabismus and spinal deformities.
