Ozempic and Wegovy are popular weight loss drugs that dramatically reduce appetite by mimicking the appetite and blood sugar regulating hormone GLP-1[4]. However, new research points out that many users of these drugs do not receive sufficient information about proper nutrition, especially about protein intake, vitamins and the overall quality of the diet[1].
