TrumpRx is the Trump administration's online platform to lower prescription drug prices for Americans. The platform indirectly connects patients with the best prices without selling drugs and eliminates expensive third-party surcharges. President Trump announced its launch in October 2025 and availability in 2026, allowing direct purchase of drugs without insurance at discounted prices. Pfizer agreed to provide drugs through Medicaid at the lowest prices from other rich countries under the "most-favored nation" model. Other deals include Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk, where Ozempic costs $350 a month on TrumpRx instead of $1,000. Xeljanz, a drug for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and ulcerative colitis, is available at a 40 percent discount. The platform is based on an executive order from May to equalize prices with other countries without regulations. PhRMA announced a similar site for direct sales in January 2026.
