Using the artificial intelligence-based SIGNET system, scientists have created the most detailed maps of the mutual control of genes in the brains of people with Alzheimer's disease. The system revealed causal relationships between genes in six major types of brain cells. He identified the genes that actually cause the harmful changes in the disease. The most pronounced disturbances were detected in excitatory neurons. In these cells, thousands of genetic interactions have been strongly linked to disease progression.[1][2]
