A patient with lung cancer was admitted to the hospital in 2025 and developed toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) after treatment with serplulimab. Medical staff provided personalized care focused on skin and mucosal lesions, pain and psychological well-being of the patient. Care was integrated from Chinese and Western medicine after multidisciplinary consultation. After 39 days of treatment and nursing care, the patient's extensive skin erosion was largely healed. No new rashes were observed. The patient was discharged in an improved condition. The study summarizes these experiences for future management of similar cases.
