American telehealth platform Hims & Hers is buying Australian company Eucalyptus, which has been on the market since 2019 and is the largest vertically integrated telehealth platform in Australia.[1][2] Eucalyptus operates four specialty healthcare brands—Pilot (men's health), Juniper (weight management), Software (dermatology) and Kin (reproductive health)—serving more than 200,000 patients.[1][2] The company also expanded into the United Kingdom, Germany and Japan, and achieved sales of A$120.9 million in 2024, with 60 percent coming from international markets.[2] Eucalyptus is the only telehealth company in Australia certified by the Australian Health Standards Board (ACHS) and reviews the safety and quality of over 4,000 consultations monthly.[3] The acquisition will allow Hims & Hers to expand its global presence and offer weight management, diabetes and mental health services through Eucalyptus' established infrastructure.[1]
