This article represents a correction to the original text by Edouard Mills and colleagues published in BMJ 2026;392:e086122 (doi:10.1136/bmj-2025-086122) on 6 February 2026. The title of the correction is "Evaluation and treatment of galactorrhea". In the original article, the dose of cabergoline was incorrectly listed as 250 mg and 500 mg. This error has been corrected to the correct values of 250 μg and 500 μg. The correction concerns only this incorrect benefit record. No other changes have been made to the content.
