CordenPharma Colorado leased the entire 64,000 square foot building at 5505 Central in Flatiron Park, Boulder.[1][2][4] This is a 15-year contract for the entire building, where the company will be the sole tenant.[1][2][4] The building is new, LEED Gold certified, with robust electrical capacity, customizable laboratory grids, advanced mechanical and utility systems, and efficient waste removal.[1][2][4] The facilities serve peptide development, including process development and analytical services for the advanced manufacturing of peptide active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) from development to commercialization.[1][2][8] The building is strategically located next to CordenPharma Colorado's spectacular peptide manufacturing facility.[1][2][4] The expanded peptide development capabilities will be integrated into CordenPharma's global network in Europe and the US.[1][2] CordenPharma is a CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organization) focused on peptides and other complex modalities.[2][7] This move will support growth and create new jobs in the region.[1]
