The study investigated pregnant women's preferences for postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation through a questionnaire survey at the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from June to August 2025. Of the 693 questionnaires distributed, 670 were valid, representing an effective response rate of 96.6%. A discrete choice experiment (DCE) and a mixed logit model in Python 3.11.7 were used to analyze attributes such as rehabilitation techniques, cost, treatment duration, risk of side effects, location, and providers. All of these factors significantly influenced preferences (p < 0.05), with risk of side effects being the most significant, followed by site of rehabilitation. Women prefer electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy, cost under CNY 1,000, mild side effects, outpatient facilities, qualified professionals, and 30-minute sessions. The conclusion recommends expanding services beyond departments, involving hospitals, health authorities and communities, with an emphasis on reducing risks and costs for personalized plans.
