The study analyzed 72 patients who had reached menarche but had abnormal menstrual bleeding and genital tract development abnormalities treated at the Gynecology Department of Fuyang Hospital from May 24 to August 19. Deformities, clinical signs, treatment, and outcomes were reviewed retrospectively, along with a review of the literature. 24 types of developmental abnormalities of the female genital organs with obstructive manifestations were identified. These conditions are collectively called incomplete obstructive diseases of the female genital tract. According to the location of the obstruction, the authors divided them into four types: incomplete obstruction of the vaginal opening, incomplete vaginal obstruction, incomplete obstruction of the cervix, and incomplete obstruction of the uterine cavity.
