Scientists have created probiotic bacteria that act as cancer drug factories and seek out tumors. These bacteria infiltrated tumors in mice and produced the drug exactly where it was needed. This targeted approach makes cancer treatment more efficient and reduces side effects. More research is needed before testing in humans.
