Here is a brief summary of the case report: The article describes the case of a 53-year-old patient with hepatitis B who was admitted to the hospital with jaundice, fever, and palpitations. He was diagnosed with liver failure caused by hyperthyroidism, complicated by Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome and pneumonia. The patient underwent plasma exchange, received hepatoprotective agents, transfusions, antithyroid drugs, antiarrhythmics, and antibiotics. Radiofrequency catheter ablation was performed to treat Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. Within three weeks, the patient's condition improved significantly. He was discharged after 52 days and follow-up confirmed full recovery. Early treatment of hyperthyroidism and ablation were effective.
