[Corrections] Correction to Lancet Infect Dis 2020; 20: 1204–14

This notice concerns a correction in a medical article that was published in Lancet Infectious Diseases in 2020. The original article investigated early treatment with baloxavir marboxil in high-risk adolescent and adult outpatients with uncomplicated influenza. It was a randomised, placebo-controlled, phase 3 trial named CAPSTONE-2. The correction relates to a specific data point regarding the number of patients in the baloxavir group who were admitted to hospital. Initially, one patient was reported, but the correct updated number is three. This change was made to the online version of the article as of April 2, 2026.
