[Correspondence] The epidemiology of unruptured intracranial aneurysm in Finland

This correspondence responds to a Series paper by Nima Etminan and colleagues concerning unruptured intracranial aneurysms. The authors feel compelled to clarify recurring misunderstandings that were presented. These misunderstandings particularly relate to epidemiological evidence in Finland. Previous works have already clarified misinterpretations regarding the epidemiology of subarachnoid haemorrhage and unruptured intracranial aneurysms.
