The study examined how older adults with two or more chronic conditions organize daily health management activities. The research involved 26 community-dwelling seniors who were interviewed about their daily routines, health activities, and adaptation strategies. The analysis revealed that health management is not a separate medical activity but a dynamic process embedded in everyday life. Older adults face multiple constraints including symptom fluctuation, limited mobility and energy, and the need to coordinate with people and healthcare facilities. The study emphasizes that personal, relational, and institutional factors significantly influence how older people with multimorbidity organize their health care management.
