The study examined the effects of isoflavone and vitamin D supplements in patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Patients received standard medical treatment combined with supplements containing isoflavones from tempeh and vitamin D (cholecalciferol). The research focused on measuring serum vitamin D levels, changes in body composition, inflammatory markers, and subjective quality of life in patients.
