Role Model-Based Ethics Education and Moral Injury Prevention in Second-Year Medical Students

This study focuses on role model-based ethics education and the prevention of moral injury. Its target group is second-year medical students. It investigates the impact of this type of education on several key conditions. These include moral injury, perceived stress, and resilience. The study also evaluates ethics education itself as a condition. Two variants of role model-based ethics education are used as interventions. One version is with standard intensity, and the other with enhanced intensity. The aim is to determine how these approaches affect the mentioned factors in future doctors. The study was sponsored by Chun Lun Hsu and has been completed.
