Foot Intensive Rehabilitation With Perturbation Based Training in Ankle Sprain Patients

This study focuses on intensive foot rehabilitation in patients with ankle sprains. The aim is to compare the effectiveness of different rehabilitation approaches. One group of patients (Group A) undergoes foot-intensive rehabilitation. The second group receives a combination of foot-intensive rehabilitation and perturbation-based training. The study is sponsored by the University of Lahore. The research has already been completed, and its results should provide valuable information on optimal rehabilitation methods.
