Effect of Pecha Kucha-Based Normal Birth Education on Birth Beliefs and Birth Preferences Among Pregnant Women Considering Elective Cesarean Section

The study examined the effectiveness of Pecha Kucha-based normal birth education among pregnant women considering elective cesarean section. The research compared two groups: one receiving education through the Pecha Kucha method and another receiving traditional normal birth education. The aim was to determine how these forms of education influence women's beliefs about childbirth and their preferences in choosing the mode of delivery. The study focused on changing women's attitudes toward natural childbirth and their decision-making between vaginal delivery and cesarean section. The research was conducted at Mehmet Akif Ersoy University in Burdur. The Pecha Kucha method is an interactive way of presenting information that may be more effective in educating pregnant women.
