This study focuses on women recovering from pneumonia caused by COVID-19. The main goal is to examine the impact of specific interventions on their recovery. Among the interventions investigated is respiratory muscle training, designed to strengthen the respiratory system. Another key intervention is regular walking exercise, contributing to overall physical fitness. The study addresses conditions such as COVID-19 pneumonia and related respiratory symptoms. These behavioral interventions were designed to improve respiratory health and recovery. The research was sponsored by Hitit University and is now completed.
