This study investigated the impact of a specific training program focused on digital addiction and screen time management. The training was designed based on the Theory of Planned Behavior. The target group for this research consisted of teachers, with outcomes measured including internet addiction, sleep quality, and overall psychological well-being. The intervention involved behavioral training aimed at addressing digital addiction and effective screen time management. A control group was also part of the study design, not receiving the specific training. The research was sponsored by Aydin Adnan Menderes University. This study has now been completed.
