This document presents a correction to a scientific article that was published in The Lancet in 2026. The original article, titled “Surgical fixation versus non-surgical care for children with a displaced medial epicondyle fracture of the elbow (the SCIENCE study),” compared two treatment methods. It was a multicentre, randomised controlled trial that also included an economic evaluation. The correction concerns the update of the list of names of the SCIENCE Study collaborators, which was provided in appendix 1. This change was officially made as of June 18, 2026.
