Změna výše sazeb náhrad výdajů za odborné úkony

On June 24, 2026, Government Regulation No. 88/2026 Sb. becomes effective, changing the reimbursement rates for expert activities performed by the State Institute for Drug Control. The fee schedule for reimbursement of expert activities is being updated with increased rates for individual expert activities and the introduction of two new categories related to preparing expert opinions for third requests to modify submission content. The new rates will apply to all requests submitted from June 24, 2026 onwards. For requests where reimbursement was already paid according to the old fee schedule, the difference between the originally paid and newly determined amount must be paid. An updated web form for generating a variable symbol for payment will be available on the State Institute for Drug Control website from June 24, 2026.
