Nový šéf KRNAPu Moravec o nevoli starostů: Beru to jako jejich vyjádření

Petr Moravec has become the new director of the Krkonoše National Park Administration (KRNAP), having previously worked in forestry in Finland and Colombia. His main goals include protecting the unique Krkonoše nature for future generations and increasing the administration's openness and predictability. Mayors from the eastern Krkonoše region and Vrchlabí mayor Jan Sobotka have expressed opposition to his appointment. Moravec views their discontent as an expression of their opinion and plans to meet with them to clarify positions and convince them with his expertise. His initial steps involve communicating with employees, unions, and mayors, evaluating budget priorities, and preparing a process analysis. The KRNAP administration employs 238 people working on nearly 400 projects. Moravec currently does not plan any personnel changes.
