The RESTORE clinical trial found that semaglutide helps restore ovulation in women with polycystic ovary syndrome who achieved at least 10% weight loss. In obese men, GLP-1 drugs improved testosterone levels and sperm quality, with results better than testosterone replacement therapy alone. Studies showed no negative effects on reproductive hormones or sexual function.
