UST-29 verze 27

Instruction UST-29 version 27 replaces the previous version UST-29 version 26. This new instruction becomes effective from June 24, 2026. It is issued by the State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL). The instruction is based on several Czech laws, including the Act on Pharmaceuticals, the Act on Public Health Insurance, and the Act on Medical Devices. It has a recommendatory character. The instruction includes five appendices. These appendices cover a schedule of expense reimbursements, substitute forms for obtaining data for requests related to administrative fee payments, and expense reimbursements for professional tasks. The last appendix is a request for an administrative fee refund.
