This research focuses on Parkinson's Disease (PD) and associated olfactory dysfunction. The study investigated the impact of two main interventions on these conditions. One of these was repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), a non-invasive brain stimulation method. The second intervention involved structured olfactory training, aimed at improving olfactory functions. Sham rTMS was used as a control method, simulating stimulation without actual effect. The research was sponsored by Mustafa Baran and Batman University. This study has been successfully completed.
