Efficiency of Ozonated Water Arthrocentesis Versus Conventional Arthrocentesis in the Treatment of Anterior Disc Displacement With Reduction of the TMJ

This study compares the efficiency of two arthrocentesis methods. Specifically, it focuses on arthrocentesis using ozonated water versus conventional arthrocentesis. The conventional method involves the use of Ringer's solution. The aim is to treat anterior disc displacement with reduction of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Conditions investigated include ozonated water arthrocentesis, conventional arthrocentesis, and anterior disc displacement. The study was sponsored by Ain Shams University.
