The study evaluated the safety and feasibility of automated self-operated transvaginal ultrasound for monitoring ovarian stimulation during in vitro fertilization. Ten women performed self-operated ultrasound examinations immediately after standard monitoring visits. Of 19 attempts, 18 examinations were evaluable (94.7%), with bilateral ovarian visualization achieved in 88.9% of cases. No adverse effects, injuries, bleeding, or infections were observed. All participants expressed willingness to reuse the system and reported improved subjective experience compared to standard examination. Follicle counts ≥14 mm strongly correlated with mature oocyte recovery (Spearman rho=0.83 and 0.80), and endometrial thickness showed strong correlation between both methods (Spearman rho=0.91). The results support further development of self-operated ultrasound in reproductive medicine.
