The study examined blood glucose changes in non-diabetic patients undergoing total joint arthroplasty surgery from September 2022 to May 2024. Using statistical analysis, three patient groups were identified: the first group (49.5%) with normal and stable blood glucose, the second group (41.7%) with slightly elevated blood glucose and minor fluctuations, and the third group (8.8%) with high blood glucose and significant fluctuations. Key predictors of different groups included patient age, red blood cell count one day after surgery, high blood pressure, diclofenac use, blood transfusion volume during surgery, and emotional distress. The developed model achieved 78.3% accuracy in identifying groups; however, it has limited ability to identify patients with hyperglycemic trajectories.
