Effect of Chemical and Light Bleaching Techniques on Color Change, Dentin Hypersensitivity and Patient Satisfaction

This scientific study focuses on evaluating the effects of chemical and light-activated tooth bleaching techniques. The main objective of the research was to compare the impact of these two methods on tooth color change, dentin hypersensitivity, and overall patient satisfaction. The monitored medical condition among the participants was dentin hypersensitivity, which often accompanies bleaching procedures. The interventions used in the study included either light-activated bleaching or chemically activated tooth bleaching. The entire project and clinical testing were sponsored and conducted by Nahda University. The study is currently officially completed, and its results provide important information for dental practice.
