This project focuses on multimedia hydration education for schoolchildren during physical education classes. The main goal of the program is to address issues related to hydration, dehydration, health behavior, and drinking habits of children. A behavioral multimedia hydration education program was used as the primary intervention in the study. This program was designed to positively influence the drinking behavior and habits of students during physical activity. The Higher Institute of Sport and Physical Education of Sfax sponsored and co-organized this project. Another major partner and sponsor of this initiative was the University of Sfax itself. The entire research project and educational program have been successfully completed.
