Zveřejnění výstupů sedmé klíčové aktivity projektu SYPOVO – Implementační plány strategie

The Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic is implementing a project titled "Proposal for a System of Comprehensive Shared Health and Social Care for Patients with Rare Diseases – SYPOVO". This project, with identification number CZ.03.02.02/00/22046/0002450, is co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus within the Operational Programme Employment Plus. As part of the project's seventh key activity, implementation plans have been developed. These plans serve as a crucial tool for fulfilling the National Strategy for Rare Diseases for the period 2026–2035. They were created in cooperation with the professional public and patient representatives. The aim is to improve care for patients with rare diseases.
