Zveřejnění výstupů čtvrté klíčové aktivity projektu SYPOVO – analýza pilotního testování

The SYPOVO project implemented by the Czech Ministry of Health with support from the Employment Plus Operational Program and funded by the European Social Fund Plus has created an analysis evaluating the pilot testing of a comprehensive shared care system for patients with selected rare diseases. This analysis represents the output of the project's fourth key activity and was developed in collaboration with expert stakeholders during the pilot phase. The project aims to propose a comprehensive shared health and social care system for patients with rare diseases. The output was prepared with the participation of SYPOVO project team members and expert partners.
