Zveřejnění výstupů šesté klíčové aktivity projektu SYPOVO – Závěrečná evaluační zpráva projektu

The Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic implemented a project titled "Proposal for a System of Comprehensive Shared Health and Social Care for Patients with Rare Diseases – SYPOVO". This project was supported within the Operational Programme Employment Plus. It is co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus. The project aimed to create a care system for patients with rare diseases. As part of this project, a Final Evaluation Report of the project was prepared. This report represents the outputs of the sixth key activity of the SYPOVO project. Its publication is the current information. The project has the identification number CZ.03.02.02/00/22046/0002450.
