ŠÚKL vypracoval tretie vydanie Slovenského farmaceutického kódexu

The State Institute for Drug Control (ŠÚKL) in cooperation with the Slovak Pharmacopoeia Commission has developed the third edition of the Slovak Pharmaceutical Code (SFK), which becomes effective on July 15, 2026. The new edition provides updated requirements for individual and bulk preparation of medicines and reflects the current version of the European Pharmacopoeia. The Code is divided into a general part with 7 chapters containing general provisions and translations of European Pharmacopoeia articles, and a special part with national requirements, monographs and tables. The third edition includes revised monographs from previous editions, new medicine monographs and a total of 18 tables with supplementary requirements. The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic issued measure No. S14903-2026-OL dated June 24, 2026, by which this edition is published. At the same time, the second edition of the SFK from 2015 is repealed.
