Změna ve vedení mostecké nemocnice: Nový ředitel přichází z pražské VFN

Pavel Nesnídal has been appointed as the new director of Mostecká Hospital, replacing Petr Najman, who temporarily led the hospital since April 18 and remains the head of the ENT department. Nesnídal comes from the position of economic deputy director of the General University Hospital in Prague (VFN), which he held since 2013. He has over 25 years of experience in the economic management of healthcare facilities. In the past, he served as director of hospitals in Brandýs nad Labem and Český Brod, and as economic deputy director at Vyškov Hospital and Třebíč Hospital. Since 2024, he has been involved in pedagogical activities as a lecturer of healthcare economics at the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University. His main goal is to return the hospital to profitable management and stabilize it. He plans to conduct internal audits focused on the organization and structure of healthcare and to focus on reporting services to health insurance companies.
