Nemocnici Most nově povede exnáměstek z VFN Pavel Nesnídal

Pavel Nesnídal took over the management of Most Hospital on August 1st. He comes to the North Bohemian hospital from the General University Hospital (VFN) in Prague, where he served as economic deputy director since 2013. At VFN, he was responsible for strategic management, financial stability, and hospital development, and he has over 25 years of experience in managerial positions. His main goal is to return Most Hospital, which is the second largest hospital under the Ústí Region and one of seven hospitals managed by Krajská zdravotní, to profitable operations and stabilize it. He plans to start with internal audits focusing on the organization and structure of healthcare and also to concentrate on reporting services to health insurance companies. Nesnídal was selected through a tender process and replaced Petr Najman, who temporarily managed the hospital since April and remains the head of the ENT department. Before 2013, he held directorial positions in hospitals in Brandýs nad Labem and Český Brod, and since 2024, he has been lecturing on healthcare economics at the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University.
