Usmernenie pre držiteľov povolenia na poskytovanie lekárenskej starostlivosti vo verejných a nemocničných lekárňach v oblasti drogových prekurzorov (určených látok)

The guideline is intended for healthcare providers dealing with drug precursors category 1 in individual drug preparation. Holders of permits for providing pharmaceutical care who store and process category 1 designated substances must hold a special permit under Act No. 331/2005 Z. z. and are obliged to report changes in data and submit reports on consumption of designated substances to the Ministry of Health. New applicants for permits to provide pharmaceutical care with individual drug preparation using designated substances must request a statement from the State Institute and subsequently a special permit. Permit holders who do not actually perform individual drug preparation from designated substances may request cancellation of their special permit. The special permit applies exclusively to handling designated substances as substances in individual drug preparation. The dispensing of registered medicines containing drug precursors is not conditional on a special permit. The guideline is effective from August 1, 2026.
