IMPACT Therapeutics grants Pharmanovia exclusive $488m rights to senaparib

IMPACT Therapeutics and Pharmanovia have entered an exclusive licensing agreement worth up to €423.5 million ($488.3 million). Pharmanovia has been granted rights to manufacture, develop, and commercialize senaparib in 66 countries. The drug is intended as maintenance monotherapy for adult patients with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancer. IMPACT Therapeutics will receive an upfront payment, regulatory milestones, and commercial milestones tied to sales targets, as well as royalties up to the mid-twenties percent of net sales. The agreement covers all 27 European Union member states, Australia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and territories in the Middle East and North Africa. Senaparib is a PARP1/2 inhibitor that was approved in China in January 2025 as a first-line maintenance therapy.
