The study compared the effectiveness of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) with conventional exercise in treating sarcopenia. Sarcopenia is a condition characterized by progressive loss of muscle mass and strength, often occurring with age. The research was conducted at Uşak University. The study focused on comparing two different exercise approaches as behavioral interventions. The objective was to determine which method is more effective in improving muscle function and physical performance in patients with sarcopenia. The project was successfully completed.
