Pfizer raised the lower end of its 2026 revenue guidance by $500 million, now expecting revenues between $60.5 billion and $62.5 billion. Strong performance from its lead products, which exceeded expectations by $1.5 billion, offset weaker Covid-19 product sales. Sales of the antiviral Paxlovid and vaccine Comirnaty declined by 95 percent and 34 percent respectively. In the second quarter of 2026, Pfizer achieved revenues of $15 billion, representing a 3 percent increase compared to the same period in 2025. Among its most successful products are the anticoagulant Eliquis with 19 percent growth reaching $2.4 billion and the rare disease medication Vyndaqel. Pfizer plans additional cost savings of $2.5 billion between 2027 and 2029, bringing its total cost savings program to more than $10 billion.
