The study examined the distribution of metastases in 305 patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed between 2022 and 2026. Patients were divided into a single-organ metastasis group (159 patients) and a multiple-organ metastasis group (146 patients). The most common metastatic site was bone (40.9% in the first group, 82.2% in the second). Patients with metastases in multiple organs had significantly worse prognosis with median survival of 3.22 months compared to 8.22 months in patients with single-organ metastases. Chemotherapy and immunotherapy were identified as protective factors. In patients with single-organ metastases, adrenal gland involvement had the worst prognosis with median survival of 5.09 months. The results emphasize the importance of assessing the extent and distribution of metastatic involvement for risk stratification.
