Pharmaceutical companies Supernus Pharmaceuticals and Indivior Pharmaceuticals are merging through a stock exchange to create a biopharmaceutical company focused on the central nervous system. The combined company will have projected net revenue of $2.2 billion and will offer a portfolio of 11 medicines in neurology, addiction, and psychiatry. Supernus will contribute products including Qelbree for ADHD (which generated $72.8 million in the first half of 2026) and Gocovri for Parkinson's disease ($21.9 million). Indivior will bring opioid use disorder treatments including Sublocade, which achieved $856 million in sales in 2025. The merger is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026 and is projected to generate approximately $125 million in annual cost synergies. The new company will be led by Jack Khattar, founder and current CEO of Supernus.
