The study compared the efficacy of therapeutic ultrasound and neurodynamic techniques in treating carpal tunnel syndrome, a condition caused by nerve compression in the wrist. Carpal tunnel syndrome manifests with pain, numbness, and hand weakness. The research was funded by IBB University and Al-Razi University. The study was completed with the objective of determining which of these two treatment methods is more effective in alleviating symptoms and improving hand function. Neurodynamic techniques include specific movements and exercises aimed at improving nerve mobility. Therapeutic ultrasound uses sound waves to treat tissues.
