The study addresses the treatment of nasal obstruction in children using surgical procedures. The main conditions studied were adenoid hypertrophy and turbinate hypertrophy. Patients underwent adenoidectomy, with part of the group also receiving bilateral partial inferior turbinectomy. The objective was to compare the effectiveness of adenoidectomy alone with a combined approach including partial turbinectomy. The study was conducted at Al-Azhar University and has been completed. The results aim to help determine the optimal surgical approach for treating pediatric nasal obstruction.
